The professor of the University of Indonesian Teknocrat (UTI) Training for Formal and Adaptive Teacher Competive Exercise at the SMK YPI Star Cape

South Lap,¶ The professor of the University of Teknokrat Indonesia carried out a PKM (PKM) activity at the SMK YPI Cape of the South Cemetery on Thursday 12 November 2020. ¶

On his service activities, the PKM led by Dedi Darwis gave training to Nemative and Adaptive Teachers in increasing competence to teach creative and entrepreneurial products.

Formal and Adaptive Teachers are teachers that undertake non-vogue subjects in SMK.--

Formative teachers generally teach subjects like religious education, English Education, Cultural Art and Enforcement. Whereas, Adaptive Teachers control subjects like mathematics, English, science, IPS, KKPI and entrepreneurship. Adjustment to the 2013 curriculum makes the PKWU subject greater than the number of hours on adaptive and normal subjects. So, at SMK YPI a normal and adaptive teacher is also required to teach PKWU.--

However, for normal and adaptive teachers to be able to teach PKWU subjects, they have to improve their competence in order to create a potential creative product for entrepreneurship that can be taught to their students.

As one of the finest colleges in Lampung, the University of Teknokrat Indonesia is helping with the complexities of teachers at SMK YPI Star Cape through production training.

With this training activity, it is expected to help SMK YPI Star Cape in increasing the teacher's competence in overriding the PKWU subjects.

Dedi provides an appreciation and a thank-you to the University of the Indonesian Teknocrat that has supported the facilities and funding during this PKM activity.
